In continuation of the marae committees role in reconsidering 2 Poupou for TWoR the hui-a-hapu yesterday AGREED:
THAT this matter will be resolved within 6 months and that the korero will continue at the marae committee level as well as by word of mouth with/between whanau.
So please mark your diaries for the next monthly marae committee meetings within the 6 month timeframe.

This matter was raised at the 6 June 2011 Tainui Marae Committee meeting and date was resolved at the 1 August 2011 Tainui Marae Committee meeting

Our flagpole has been repaired and a blessing is to occur this saturday.....refer to the attachment

The AGM has been set down for saturday 11am 11 December 2010 at the marae....nau mai haere mai...agenda to follow as well as newspaper advertisement

Please bring your weed eaters and garden tools for a clean up of rubbish etc over at the urupa. Clarence is in charge of this and if you are available see you all at 9am.
If others want to do other jobs then please feel free to organise and advertise what it is you want to do....

As of 1 November 2010 a new law comes into effect which allows third parties access to your name and address details via your vehicle registration plates. Currently this can be done at a Post Office and you have to pay a small fee but after 1 November anyone will be able to look up your registration plate on the internet and get the details without paying.

You can elect not to have your personal details released by "opting out" if you want to. It doesn't cost anything to do this and the link below will take you to the correct page on the NZTA website.

All sizes are available. Childrens Sizes also.

Eftpos will be available on site on Saturday.

Shirts can be purhcased after this weekend but will be for $20 each.
